Peter Bethlenfalvy: Personal finance lessons should apply to public spending

Last month, I said that fixing Ontario’s balance sheet is what keeps me up at night. After 15 years of Liberal mismanagement, our government is working hard to reduce the province’s $347-billion debt while making life more affordable for all individuals, families and businesses. We are determined to meet this challenge by using the 2018 Fall Economic Statement as a solution to monitor public spending while also creating profitable growth strategies for the province.
